This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to your purchase from the DCNHC, LLC, entity named on the invoice (“Company”) that will be provided to you (“Customer”) on orders for products sold globally (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”). By accepting delivery of the products described on that invoice, the Customer agrees to be bound by and accepts the Terms and Conditions. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY (i) UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS SIGNED A SEPARATE FORMAL PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH COMPANY, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT SHALL GOVERN; OR (ii) UNLESS OTHER COMPANY STANDARD TERMS APPLY TO THE TRANSACTION. At Company’s sole discretion, the Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior written notice.

1. Other Documents:
The Terms and Conditions may NOT be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any other document(s). Any attempt to alter, supplement or amend this document or to enter an order for product(s) which is subject to additional or altered Terms and Conditions will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both Customer and Company.

2. Governing Law:
THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY SALES THEREUNDER SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON, WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. To the extent permissible by law, the terms of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply, even where adopted as part of the domestic law of the country whose law governs the Agreement. Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, or with respect to the validity, interpretation and enforcement of the Agreement, including the breach thereof, will be finally settled exclusively by the state or federal courts of Washington.

3. Payment Terms:
Orders; Quotes; Interest. Terms of payment are within Company’s sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Company, payment must be received by Company prior to Company’s acceptance of an order. Payment for the products will be made by credit card. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. Company may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon Company until accepted by Company. Any quotations given by Company will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Customer agrees to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law.

4.Shipping Charges:
Taxes. Separate charges for shipping and handling maybe shown on Company’s receipt. Unless Customer provides Company with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to Company’s acceptance of the order, Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated, except for Company’s franchise taxes and taxes on Company’s net income. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Company’s receipt.

5.Free Shipping Services:
DCNHC,LLC offers exclusive service of free postal air parcel shipping to 48 US states(Exclude Hawaii And Alaska)with single order above Usd 199. However,single order under Usd 199 will be charged for shipping fees based on USPS rate.International orders:shipping service is provided by USPS.For Taiwan area,DCNHC also offer private carrier besides USPS. Shipping rate to Taiwan through private carrier is USD13 for first pound and USD5 for every additional pound.

6.Payment Option:
DCNHC,LLC accepts payment with credit card,Make sure your card is in valid condition(Expiration/Security Code). Please contactyour bank if you are not able to complete payment.

7.Estimation for Delivery:
On DCNHC,LCC. Confirmed your payment,we will arrange shipment within every Wednesday(USA time) for all domestic orders. If all the items are in stock,customers may expect to receive within 5-7 business days after shipment.International orders may take longer depending on customs clearance.

8.Receipt:
DCNHC,LCC.Will include receipt for all orders.

9.Return Policies:
To ensure the quality of products through the entire chain of custody,we do not allow returns,exchanges,or refunds for any reason.All sales are final.If the products delivered to customer are incorrect,customer shall immediately contact DCNHC,LCC.’S customer service with the order number.Customer must submit a request within seven(7)business days after receiving of such incorrect products.After company’s review and approval upon the request of incorrect products,company may ship the correct products after receiving the incorrect products from customer.for the detail of products correction,please send to [email protected] or contact company’s customer service at 1(360)599-7377 during business hours.If the package has been shipped,you still want to request the cancellation.Please be aware that you will have to pay for the freight and other possible fees.

10.Delivery Disclaimer:
If a package to DCNHC,LCC.due to address error(or any other Error)made by the customer,customer will be responsible for any shipping,re-shipping,and restocking fees incurred herein.

11.For international orders:
Prices paid for DCNHC,LCC.’S products do not include custom fees.import taxes,duties or tariffs.each country has its own laws and regulations,Company cannot predict or estimate additional customs fees,taxes ortariffs that may apply to your order.It is customer’s responsibility to pay these fees or to contact your country’s appropriate authority to discuss or dispute such fees are determined by your local authority.DCNH,LCC.has no control over these fees and is not liable forany of these fees incurred herein.In the event that any additional fees apply to your order,you will be charged at the time of delivery.As Stated in this agreement,if you refuse a shipment because of these fees,there is no return,exchange,or refunds for any product.Customer is responsible for any shipping fees (Including return shipping),and restocking fee incurred and/or billed to DCNHC,LCC..

Cancel items and orders

You can cancel items or orders that have not entered the shipping process yet.

1.Email your cancel request to [email protected], you will receive a confirmation email within two business days and will not be billed for cancelled item or order.

2.After receiving confirmation email, you may login and check the status of the order.

3.You can not cancel items purchased as part of a discounted bundle individually. If you cancel any item that is part of the bundle, all remaining bundle items that have not shipped will be canceled.

購物滿美金199元可享美國境內免運服務(夏威夷及阿拉斯加除外)。購物未滿美金199元及海外地區(不含台灣)將依照美國郵局運費計算。台灣地區運費首磅13元，續磅每磅5元。

付款方式:
目前DCNHC接受透過信用卡完成訂單付款，請確認信用卡資料是有效的(效期/安全密碼)，若有任何付款失敗的狀況，請洽詢您的發卡銀行。
另外請留意，若您所使用的信用卡並非由美國發行，將可能被收取手續費，手續費依照各家銀行公告，請洽詢您的發卡銀行

進口關稅:
在DCNHC購物網購物之總金額不包含進口關稅，每個國家有各自的免關稅門檻及關稅稅則，DCNHC無法協助確認不同國家之進口規範及計算可能關稅，在貨品送達時，購買者需要自行負擔相關費用。請購買者在購物前請先了解進口國之進口規則及稅則，若貨品無法進口、不辦理進口、不繳納費用之訂單，DCNHC將無法為訂單辦理退貨，甚至退費。

貨運時間:
DCNHC購物網接收到您的訂購，並確認付款後，若商品都有現貨庫存，將於美國時間星期三統一出貨。
美國境內的運送預計可在5-7個工作天內送達。
海外寄送則會需要較長的配送時間及可能性的清關延遲。

收據明細:
DCNHC將於所有包裹內附上購物明細。

退貨規則:
目前DCNHC不提供退貨服務，若有特殊狀況，請直接與服務人員聯絡。收到貨品後，如與您訂購的商品內容不符。請盡快與服務人員聯絡。
