甘胺酸 Glycine

Glycine（甘胺酸）是一種非必需胺基酸，是人體合成穀胱甘肽（Glutathione）的重要前驅物之一。穀胱甘肽是粒線體中最關鍵的抗氧化劑，隨著年齡增長體內濃度會快速下降，透過補充甘胺酸，可以幫助粒線體自行製造足夠的穀胱甘肽，達到修復粒線體、對抗自由基、逆轉老化的效果。建議可與維生素C粉混合使用，效果更佳。
